This model was produced after modifying the Z3 (PIKO code 95457). The modification that was carried out was as follows:
A) The round buffers were replaced by orthogonal ones.
B) A few windows were removed and fitted lower, a grid was fitted in their place and finally they all were painted silver.
C) The numbering of the wagon was changed from 154 to 174 and its code was changed from Z-3 to Z5.
D) On the roof, strings of 0.1mm thread were fitted, and the whole roof was painted silver, while the hooks were painted yellow.
E) An the one edge of the wagon, above the buffers (which were extended by 7mm with the addition of a longer piece), the bridge was fitted as shown at the photograph. There are still imperfections at the model, such as the door with the vertical string, and the numbering which cannot be entirely changed if the appropriate letter-set is not found in the market (this is why I have erased it completely from the doors as you can see in the photographs), etc.. We often need to compromise, which is unavoidable with the approximation we are trying to achieve each time to the real wagon, therefore we believe that an 80% approximation should be satisfactory.
